1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Dreqto (the "Platform"), an online marketplace that helps businesses and individuals ("Employers") find and connect with IT professionals ("Professionals"). By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
The Platform is an introduction service. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Dreqto is not a party to any agreement between an Employer and a Professional and does not employ Professionals.
2. User eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a legally binding contract.
- Professional accounts are for individuals offering IT services in their own name.
- Employer accounts are for companies, organisations or individuals seeking IT services. If you register on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to do so.
- You may not create an account if a previous account of yours was suspended or terminated for breaching these Terms, unless we agree otherwise.
3. Account responsibility
- You must provide a valid email address and verify it before using account features.
- You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity carried out through your account.
- Tell us promptly through the Contact page if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
- Accounts are personal and may not be sold, transferred or shared.
4. Accuracy of profile information
You must ensure that the information you provide, including your name, skills, experience, qualifications, location, availability and company details, is accurate, current and not misleading. Unless the Platform clearly states that a particular detail has been verified, we do not verify the information users provide, and other users should make their own enquiries before entering into any engagement.
5. Professional and employer responsibilities
Professionals are responsible for:
- offering only services they are qualified and permitted to provide;
- ensuring any outside work is permitted under their existing employment or other contracts;
- agreeing scope, fees, timelines and other terms directly with the Employer; and
- complying with applicable laws, including tax obligations.
Employers are responsible for:
- describing requirements honestly and accurately;
- agreeing the terms of any engagement directly with the Professional;
- paying Professionals as agreed between them; and
- providing a safe working environment for any on-site work.
6. Connection requests and consent
Contact details are not displayed publicly. Under the Platform's connection process, an Employer sends a connection request and the Professional decides whether to accept it. Contact details and private messaging are made available only to the parties of an accepted connection.
- You must use contact details obtained through the Platform only for the requirement discussed in the connection.
- You must not share another user's contact details with third parties without their consent.
- Either party may decline or withdraw from a connection.
7. Prohibited activities
You must not:
- impersonate another person or organisation or misrepresent your identity, skills or experience;
- post unlawful, discriminatory, defamatory, obscene or infringing content;
- offer or request illegal services, including unauthorised access to systems or data;
- attempt to bypass security controls, access other users' accounts or interfere with the Platform's operation;
- upload malware or use the Platform to distribute it; or
- use the Platform for any purpose other than finding and providing IT services.
8. Fraud, spam, harassment and scraping
- Fraud: do not request advance fees, deposits or personal financial information under false pretences.
- Spam: do not send unsolicited bulk messages or mass connection requests.
- Harassment: treat other users with respect. Abusive, threatening or discriminatory behaviour is not permitted.
- Scraping: do not use bots, scrapers or other automated means to collect data from the Platform without our written permission.

9. Subscription terms
The Platform does not currently offer paid plans and does not take payments. If paid subscriptions are introduced, the applicable prices, billing cycle, renewal, cancellation and refund terms will be shown to you before you purchase, and these Terms will be updated accordingly.
10. Account suspension and termination
We may suspend, restrict or terminate an account where we reasonably believe it has breached these Terms, poses a risk to other users or the Platform, or where required by law. Where appropriate, we will tell you the reason. You may stop using the Platform at any time and may request deletion of your account as described in the Privacy Policy.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Dreqto is not responsible for the quality, safety or legality of services offered by Professionals, the conduct of any user, or the outcome of any engagement agreed between users. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
12. Updates to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify registered users. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
